 EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1.Data collection and site survey at the construction site

   This is very essential task and it is necessary to be implemented first. The information and documents about the works must be collected in combination with site surveys at works. This task is aimed to collect useful information for preparation of the transport methods, regarding equipment, machines and selection of construction solution. We always focus on this task through mobilizing human resources with a significant time in order to archive a satisfied evaluation and with a diligent manner to prepare a good condition for consecutive steps.

 2. Preparation of construction solution and submission of   quotation

   We owns a workforce of technical staff with high qualification and rich experience in construction at variety of works with different scale.

  We always apply advanced technology in the region and invest in modern equipment and machines, etc. We commit to select construction solutions with high quality, low cost and timely and safety manner for the projects of employers.

   We do not only work as the contractor performing construction according to the drawings but also support employers, if requested, in combination with relevant contractors to study optimized designs for projects.

  The contract price is always considered carefully with the two factors, i.e. construction quality and competitiveness in price. We always do our utmost to show that we are reserved for the works and a long term partner for customers. The quotation shall be sent as soon as possible after our evaluation on the site surveys is archived.

3.  Construction and supervision

   Our technical staff and workers are well trained because we are fully aware that the quality, progress and safety are priotized requirements of customers.

   Besides, the supervision is done carefully in order to help employers avoid most of the incidents and difficulties during the contraction.

 4.  As-built drawings and documents

   Before handing-over of the works, all the documents pertaining to the investment process such as power of attorney/ permission, design documents, construction diary and other relevant documents, quality checking sheets, construction drawings shall be prepared and collected into a profile.

 5.  Payment method

   The payment condition and installment shall be made according to agreement in contracts.
